In 2010, Marc, Ethan, Sefi and Annika opened Lawrence across the road from Sparrow, the bar where their working relationship had begun a year and a half earlier. The goal was to offer creative, thoughtful and honest cooking alongside a curated beer and wine list, in an elegant but informal setting – and to support responsible local agriculture in the process.
En 2011, Marc, Ethan, Sefi et Annika ont ouvert le restaurant Lawrence, de l’autre coté de la rue du Sparrow, le bar où leur association avait commencé, un an auparavant.
Le but était d’offrir à la fois, une cuisine créative, honnête et attentionée, accompagnée de bières et vins de qualité, le tout dans un décor à la fois élégant et décontracté, ainsi que d’offrir leur soutien à une agriculture locale responsable.
