"Here we have a fine example of the fancy casual merge, a consulting chef who made his name at the poshest restaurant in town who created Majestique’s menu where no dish is sold over $22. And that $22 dish is, get this, a hot dog. And the hot dog was a masterpiece. The scene is impossibly hip, and yes, it’s noisy, and some of the dishes lack spunk. But the service is polished, the cocktails are cool, and so much of the food is terrific."
