Momiji, le nom qui signifie « feuille d’érable » en japonais, fait un clin d’œil à l’emblème du Canada. The Otto Group, already well known for its successes like Otto Yakitori and Bar Otto, continues to expand its footprint in Montreal with the opening of Momiji, a new restaurant in the heart of Royalmount. This ambitious project is the result of a collaboration between Hanhak Kim (founder of the Otto Group), Vienman-Cao, Choonpyo Chun, and Jinpyo Chun, who also serves as Momiji’s executive chef. The name Momiji, which means “maple leaf” in Japanese, is a nod to Canada’s iconic symbol.
